What You Need
- Door stopper with a through hole in the body (the hole may be covered by a rubber cover or cap).
- Screw 6 × 45 mm and wall plug 8 × 40 mm – included in the kit.
- Drill, Ø 8 mm drill bit for the floor, Phillips screwdriver, pencil, vacuum cleaner.
Installation Instructions
1. Mark the Mounting Location
- Open the door to the position where it should stop and place the stopper approx. 5–10 cm from the edge of the door leaf.
- If the hole in the body is covered, remove the cover and mark the hole centre with a pencil through the body.
2. Drill the Hole
- Make sure there are no pipes, cables or underfloor heating at the drilling point.
- Drill a Ø 8 mm hole approx. 45 mm deep and remove the dust.
3. Insert the Plug
- Push the wall plug in flush with the floor surface.
4. Screw the Stopper Down
- Place the stopper over the plug and fix it with the screw through the hole in the body. Tighten with care so as not to deform the body or the rubber.
5. Refit the Cover
- If the model has a cover or cap, put it back. Open the door and check that it rests against the rubber part of the stopper.
Choosing the Fixing for the Floor
Concrete / tiles: Plug from the kit; drill tiles without hammer mode, starting with a tile bit.
Wood: No plug – drill a Ø 4 mm pilot hole and drive the screw directly into the wood.
Floating floor: Drill through the panel and set the plug in the screed.
Care
Clean with a soft, damp cloth with water or a neutral cleaner, then wipe dry. Do not use abrasive or alcohol-based products.
