How to return an order?

Before proceeding with the return, please inform us via email at info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl

The deadline for informing about the return can't be longer than 14 days from the date of delivery to your parcel.
The deadline for dispatch of returned products can't be longer than 14 days from the moment of informing us about the return.

We present the return procedure in our store and a few basic rules below:

1) The goods should be sent back to the following address:

2) Damaged products can't be returned, so please make sure that they are are safely packed.

3) After we receive the return shipment, the products will undergo a quantity and quality check

4) The refund will be made as soon as possible depending on the method of payment for the order (eg fast transfer up to 2 days, manual transfer up to 3 days, payment by credit / debit card up to 10 days).
