What should I do if my order arrived incomplete?

If you notice that your order is incomplete or that items are missing from the package upon delivery, please report this within 3 days of receiving the parcel from the courier.

How to report missing items?

To report missing products or any issues related to an incomplete shipment, please send an email to: info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl

In your message, kindly include the following information:

• Your contact details or order number,

• A detailed description of the issue (e.g., which items are missing or what discrepancies have been noticed),

• The exact name and product code of the missing items,

• Photos of the parcel, especially images of the opened package and its contents, which will help us verify the claim.

Please also indicate whether the parcel was damaged and/or sealed with tape different from ours (e.g., DPD tape instead of our branded tape).

Once we receive your report, we will promptly review the issue and inform you of the next steps.
