This will allow us to promptly take action to resolve the situation.
The complaint procedure depends on the chosen carrier:
1. DPD
If the package was sent via DPD and arrived in a damaged condition, please report the complaint by email to: info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl
In the report, please provide the order number, describe the damage, and attach photos of the damaged package and contents. We will take further steps to resolve the issue.
2. InPost
If the package was sent via InPost, the complaint should be submitted directly to the carrier. This can be done using the form available on the InPost website. Detailed information and instructions can be found in the help article: How to file a complaint with InPost?
