In case of a damaged package, please inform us about the situation and then file a complaint directly with the carrier. They are responsible for refunds in this case.
All details can be found on the DPD website:
A brief summary of DPD's complaint policy:
Complaints can be submitted online via the form available on the website www.dpd.com, in the "My DPD" section, or through traditional post to your local DPD Claims Department.
All claims should be made as soon as possible after the incident and once the full documentation for the case has been compiled. The formal deadlines for submitting claims depend on the type of service (detailed information can be found on the carrier's website).
If you notice any external damage, you can refuse the delivery and write up a damage report with the courier.
NOTE! Writing up a damage report does not automatically start the complaint procedure. Despite the damage report, you must file an official claim, attaching the electronic report and photos to the submission.
