After placing an order, status updates are sent via email. Please note that some statuses may share the same main realization stage name but differ in the detailed description below it:
We'll explain what exactly each status means below:
1. WAITING FOR PAYMENT - Unfortunately, we haven't received any payment for your order yet, this is the first reminder. It might just be a delay in bank processing, but please ensure that your payment hasn't failed :)
2. REMINDER OF THE WAITING PAYMENT - Unfortunately, we still haven't received any payment for your order, this is the second and final reminder. If you've encountered any issues during the payment process, we recommend reading the article How to retry paying for an order?
3. ACCEPTED FOR IMPLEMENTATION - We have received payment for your order. The processing time starts from this moment, including the fact that business days are counted from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 4 PM.
For example, if you pay for the order on Friday at 6 PM, the processing time will start on Monday.
4. ORDER ACCEPTED FOR IMPLEMENTATION - We are currently checking the availability of the products.
5. WE CHECK AVAILABILITY ON THE MANUFACTURER'S WAREHOUSE - The products are not available in our warehouse. We are awaiting feedback from the manufacturer.
If the products are available, we will be waiting for a specific delivery date to our warehouse.
If they are unavailable, we will contact you.
6. COMPLETING THE ORDER | Your order is being completed. Unfortunately, all products have been sold out from our warehouses and at the manufacturer's. - The products are either temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer's warehouse or are made to order and have an extended realization time.
7. COMPLETING THE ORDER | Your order is being completed. We wait for the delivery of the products, pack them and call the courier immediately. - We have received an estimated delivery date from the manufacturer. Once the delivery arrives, we will unpack it, conduct a quality check and hand over your order for packing.
8. COMPLETING THE ORDER | Your order is complete and has already been shipped for packing. - All ordered products are available in our warehouse. Your order is in the queue for packing.
9. READY TO SEND - The order has been packed and is just waiting for the courier to pick it up.
10. WAITING AT THE SHOP - The order has been packed and is waiting for pickup in person at our showroom at Równa 19D, 80-067 Gdańsk.
11. ORDER SHIPPED - The courier has picked up your order. The delivery time is now the responsibility of the shipping company. You can now track the package with the respective carrier :)
12. ORDER CANCELED - Order canceled at the customer's request.
13. ORDER CANCELED | Due to the lack of receipt of payment - We have not received any payment for the order despite two reminders being sent.
14. CANCELLATION - DUPLICATE ORDER - Two identical orders have appeared in our system and only one of them has been paid. Therefore, the unpaid duplicate order has been cancelled. If two identical orders have been placed intentionally, please contact us by e-mail.
