What is the order processing time?

Every product paid for by bank transfer, card or online transfer or BLIK is shipped within 3 to 28 days after the funds have been credited to our account. The order processing time may be extended in the case of stock shortages and products made to order.

Shipments are delivered by courier companies – from the moment of dispatch, it is our couriers who must ensure the fastest possible delivery. This usually takes 1-2 days, depending on the type of shipment. 

If the customer chooses payment by bank transfer or payment card, the order processing time is counted from the day the Seller’s bank account or settlement account is credited.

Note! When paying by manual internet transfer, the time to receive the package is extended by the transfer processing time.

After placing an order, you will be continuously informed about status changes. We send a message when:

• We have accepted the order,
• The order has been paid for and credited,
• We immediately start processing the order,
• After completing the processing, when we are only waiting for the courier,
• The goods have been dispatched.
  
  Through the Customer Panel, you can always check the order status and the tracking number provided by the courier company.
