GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The administrator of personal data collected through the Online Store is MOOD NOOK based in Gdańsk, ul. Równa 19D, holding the number NIP: 5842791217 and the statistical number REGON: 385514019, email address: info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl - hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and simultaneously the Service Provider of the Online Store and Seller.
2. The personal data of the Service Recipient (Customer) is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883 as amended) and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended).
3. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the persons whose data is concerned, in particular ensuring that the data collected is processed lawfully; collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes; factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; and stored in a form that allows identification of the persons concerned no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
4. All words, expressions, and acronyms appearing on this site and starting with a capital letter (e.g., Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) should be understood according to their definition contained in the Online Store Regulations available in the Regulations section.
- PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
1. The purpose of collecting personal data by the Administrator is:
1.1. to establish, shape the content, change, perform, or terminate the contractual relationship between the Service Provider (Seller) and the Service Recipient (Customer) consisting of providing Electronic Services through the Online Store or concluding and performing a Sales Agreement for Products and their delivery to the Customer.
1.2. direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services.
2. In the case of Customers who use product delivery services, the Administrator transfers the collected personal data of Customers to the extent necessary for delivery to the selected carrier:
2.1. Apaczka and DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw (registered office address: ul. Mineralna 15, 02-274 Warsaw), registration number in the Register of Entrepreneurs KRS: 0000028368.
3. In the case of Customers who use electronic payments or payment cards, the Administrator transfers the collected personal data of Customers only to the intermediary chosen by the Customer and only to the extent necessary for the Customer to make a payment through them. The intermediary available in the Online Store is:
3.1. Dotpay S.A., based in Kraków, 30-552 Kraków, at ul. Wielicka 72, registered by the District Court Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000296790, holding NIP number 634-26-61-860, EU NIP PL6342661860, REGON number 240770255
4. The Administrator processes the following personal data of Service Recipients (Customers): first name and surname; email address; contact phone number; address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country). In the case of Service Recipients (Customers) who are not consumers, the Administrator additionally processes the company name and tax identification number (NIP).
5. Providing the personal data referred to in point 2.4 is necessary for the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider within the Online Store or for concluding the Sales Agreement for Products.
- COOKIES AND OPERATIONAL DATA
1. Cookies are small pieces of textual information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on the side of the user visiting the Online Store website (e.g., on the hard drive of a computer, laptop, or on the memory card of a smartphone – depending on which device you use to visit our Online Store). 2. The Service Provider processes data contained in Cookies during visitors' use of the Online Store website for the following purposes:
2.1. identifying Service Recipients as logged in to the Online Store and showing that they are logged in;
2.2. remembering Products added to the cart for placing an Order;
2.3. remembering data from completed Order Forms, surveys or login data to the Online Store;
2.4. adjusting the content of the Online Store page to the individual preferences of the Service Recipient (e.g., regarding colours, font size, page layout) and optimising the use of the Online Store pages;
2.5. conducting anonymous statistics presenting the way the Online Store page is used and researching the needs of Service Recipients, excluding personal identification of the Service Recipient.
3. By default, most internet browsers available on the market accept saving Cookies. You can specify the conditions for using Cookies through your own internet browser settings. This means that you can, for example, partially limit (e.g., temporarily) or completely disable the possibility of saving Cookies on your computer – however, in the latter case, this may affect some functionalities of the Online Store (for example, it may be impossible to complete the Order process through the Order Form).
4. Your internet browser settings regarding Cookies are important in terms of consent to the use of Cookies by our Online Store – according to regulations, such consent may also be expressed through browser settings.

6. The Service Provider also collects operational data (so-called logs – IP address, domain), which are stored indefinitely and used to generate statistics helpful in administering the Online Store. These data are aggregate and anonymous, i.e., they do not contain features identifying persons visiting the Online Store website. Logs are not disclosed to third parties.
- LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
1. Providing personal data by the Service Recipient/Customer is voluntary, but failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations as necessary for concluding the Sales Agreement or the Electronic Service Agreement results in refusal to conclude such an agreement. The data necessary for concluding the Sales Agreement or the Electronic Service Agreement are also indicated each time on the Online Store website.
2. The legal basis for processing the personal data of the Service Recipient/Customer is the necessity to perform the contract to which the Service Recipient/Customer is a party or to take actions at their request prior to concluding the contract. In the case of processing data for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the legal basis for such processing is additionally the consent of the Service Recipient/Customer.
- RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF YOUR DATA
1. The Service Recipient has the right to access the content of their personal data and to correct them.
2. Everyone has the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Administrator's data set, particularly the right to request supplementation, updating, correction of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing, or their deletion if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue, collected in violation of the law, or no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
3. In the case of processing data for the purpose of direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the data subject is also entitled to submit a written, justified request to cease processing their data due to their particular situation and to object to the processing of their data.
4. To exercise the rights mentioned above, you can use the options within the Account or send an appropriate message by email to: info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl or in writing to the Administrator's address.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Online Store may contain links to other websites. The Administrator encourages you to familiarise yourself with the privacy policy established there after visiting other sites. This privacy policy applies only to this Online Store.
2. The Administrator applies technical and organisational measures ensuring the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected, in particular securing data against disclosure to unauthorised persons, acquisition by an unauthorised person, processing in violation of applicable regulations, as well as alteration, loss, damage or destruction.
3. The Service Provider provides the following technical measures preventing unauthorised acquisition and modification of personal data transmitted electronically:
3.1. Securing the data set against unauthorised access.
3.2. Access to the Account only after providing an individual login and password.
