GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The service provider operating the online store available at the internet address skandynawskieuchwyty.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store" or "Store", is MOOD NOOK, registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business Activity of the Republic of Poland maintained by the minister competent for economic affairs, with its registered office in Gdańsk, ul. Równa 19D, holding the number NIP: 5842791217 and statistical number REGON: 385514019, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".
- The Online Store sells goods via the website skandynawskieuchwyty.pl
- Before placing an order in the Store, the Customer is obliged to read these Terms and Conditions. Placing an order in the Store is tantamount to the Customer having read and accepted the Terms and Conditions as they stand on the day the order is placed.

PLACING AND FULFILLING ORDERS
- An order is placed by the buyer electronically and constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract for the goods displayed on the Online Store’s website at the specified price.
- The Store reserves the right to withdraw from fulfilling the order if the data provided by the customer in the order form are incomplete (missing first name, last name, address, email address, or phone number), or if the data provided by the Customer are incorrect.
- The order is accepted for processing when confirmed by the Seller. The order is considered confirmed upon payment and crediting of the money to the Seller’s account. The Customer receives confirmation of order acceptance in a confirmation email. At this moment, the sales contract is concluded.
- The order fulfillment date may change in case of a long wait for confirmation or payment.
- The buyer may make changes to the order until the Online Store sends information about the acceptance of the order for processing. Changes can be made by contacting by phone at +48 818 847 171 or by sending an email to info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl
- Information about product availability is displayed next to each product.
- The shipping time for the order is counted in working days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE SALES CONTRACT
- The buyer - consumer who has concluded a sales contract with the Online Store may withdraw from it without giving reasons by submitting a written statement within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods. Within 30 days from purchase, we allow exchange of the goods for another from our offer.
- The withdrawal statement should in particular include the order number, the date it was placed, the date of receipt of the goods, and the indication of the form of refund of the paid price.
- In case of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties have provided is returned in an unchanged condition.
- The return should be made - at the buyer's expense - immediately, no later than within fourteen days. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted by the Online Store.
- Shipping costs to the buyer are refundable only if the entire order is returned. In case of partial return of the order, the shipping cost to the buyer is not refundable. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the buyer.

The buyer may choose the following payment methods: -

In the event of a refund for a transaction made by the customer using a payment card, the seller will refund the amount to the bank account linked to the Customer’s payment card.

Bank transfer
A payment method for Customers who prefer to log in independently to internet banking, visit a bank branch or post office. After reserving the ordered goods, the customer receives by email the bank account number to which the correct amount should be transferred. Once the payment is credited to the bank account, the order is forwarded to the warehouse for shipment preparation.

If payment is made by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped only after the full amount for the ordered product increased by the applicable shipping costs is credited to the Store's bank account.

- Credit card transactions: are processed via Dotpay, PayPal, and PayU
Orders not paid within one week from the date they were placed will be cancelled after sending an inquiry about their status (by email).
Installments
mBank mRaty is an installment loan that allows you to freely buy in instalments online. The entire application process for instalments takes place in one browser window. You are not redirected to any additional email communications or bank branches. Submitting the application, receiving the bank's decision, and accepting the agreement all occur in one credit process. Additionally, we require minimal formalities from you, as your creditworthiness is verified based on the income declaration you provide in the loan application.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY OF GOODS
- In case the customer chooses payment by bank transfer or payment card, the order processing time is counted from the day the Seller's bank account or settlement account is credited.
- The ordered goods are delivered to the buyer by DPD courier service.
- The buyer should pay due attention to the condition of the shipment upon receipt, especially whether the shipment has been damaged or destroyed.
- The Store is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by courier companies. Complaints regarding mechanical damage to shipments occurring during transport will be considered only after a damage report signed by the recipient and the courier is prepared.
- Current shipping prices are provided on the store's website skandynawskieuchwyty.pl in the Delivery section. In case of shipments weighing over 5 kg and shipments outside the borders of the Republic of Poland, the shipping cost is agreed individually.

OTHER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THE SALES CONTRACT
- If the Online Store cannot fulfil the order because the goods ordered by the buyer are not available, it should immediately, but no later than within thirty days from the conclusion of the contract, notify the consumer and refund the entire amount received from them.
- If the Online Store cannot fulfil the obligation due to even temporary inability to provide goods of the ordered characteristics, it may be released from the obligation by providing substitute goods of the same quality and purpose and at the same price, simultaneously informing the consumer about their right to refuse the substitute goods and withdraw from the contract, with the return of the goods at the Online Store's expense.
- The purchased goods come with: proof of purchase, user and maintenance instructions, product specifications.
- Goods in the "Promotions" section on the Online Store's website are limited in quantity. Orders containing such products are processed in the order of confirmed orders received for these goods until stocks are exhausted.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
- Complaints must be submitted in writing.
- Before sending the goods, the buyer should contact the Online Store to arrange the date of sending the goods.
- The complained goods should be sent in packaging that guarantees adequate protection during transport.
- The complained goods should be accompanied by a description of the damages including the situation when (under what circumstances) the defect occurs; the description should be as precise as possible.
- The buyer bears the costs of shipping and insuring the complained goods. The Online Store does not accept cash on delivery returns.
- The Online Store will inform the buyer about the acceptance or rejection of the complaint within 14 days from the receipt of the complaint shipment.
- The complained goods are returned to the buyer within 7 days of complaint resolution. If the complaint is accepted, the shipping cost is covered by the Online Store. If the complaint is rejected, the shipping cost is covered by the buyer.

PRIVACY POLICY
- The buyer - a natural person when placing an order consents to the processing of their personal data by the Online Store in accordance with applicable laws, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
- The personal data provided are processed by the Online Store solely for the purpose of proper execution of the sales contract.

FINAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms and Conditions come into force on 18.08.2014
- The Online Store has the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes to the Terms and Conditions come into force on the day the amended Terms and Conditions are posted on the website skandynawskieuchwyty.pl
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code apply.
- These Terms and Conditions are made available to buyers free of charge via the website skandynawskieuchwyty.pl in a form that allows downloading, saving, and printing.
