How to add products to an already placed order?

We regret to inform you that we aren't able to make changes to the products on a paid and confirmed order. If you wish to add additional products to your order, please use one of the two options provided below:

1) Cancellation of a placed and paid for order.

a) Write an e-mail to info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl informing us that you want to cancel your order

b) We will generate and send a correction invoice to the previously issued advance invoice.

c) We will send the refund to your account.

d) Place a new order for the products you need.

2) Combine two orders.

a) Place another order for the products you want to add

b) Find the number of the previous order* to which you want to order the products.

*You will find the number of the previous order in the e-mails from our system or after logging in on the website www.skandynawskieuchwyty.pl in the MY ACCOUNT tab.

c) After adding the products and going to the cart:

- in section 2 DELIVERY, mark the form of delivery as "Pickup in person" (thanks to this, there will be no additional shipping costs).

- in section 4 YOUR DATA, in the "Comments" field, enter the information confirming your will to combine the order with the previous order:

"Please combine and send this order with order no. XXXXXX (the number of the previous order to which you want to add products to)"
