Can I change products in the order?

It is not possible to make changes to products on a paid and confirmed order. If you wish to change some products in your order, you will need to cancel the wrong order and make a new, correct one.

 

1) Cancellation of a placed and paid for order.

a) Write an e-mail to info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl informing us that you want to cancel your order

b) We will generate and send a correction invoice to the previously issued advance invoice.

c) We will send the refund to your account.

d) Place a new order for the products you need.
