Our goal is to provide the best possible service, so we have prepared a list of the most common reasons why difficulties may occur during this process and ways to resolve them.
1. Products withdrawn from the offer
If you cannot add a product to the cart or it is no longer on the website, it may have been withdrawn from our offer. In this case, please contact our customer service department – we will be happy to help you find an alternative, email address: info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl
2. Handles available only on special order
Some of our products, such as the handle JEY 3000, are available exclusively on special customer request. This means that such a product is not available for standard purchase in the online store.

3. Technical problems with the browser
If the website is not working properly or you cannot complete the order, this may be due to technical issues. Here are some steps that may help:
- Clear the cache and cookies in your browser.
- Try opening the site in a different browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge).
- Update your browser to the latest version.
- If the problem persists, try placing the order on another device.
4. Payment issues
If the system rejects your payment, check:
- Whether your payment card is active and has sufficient funds.
- Whether there was an error on the bank's side – in some cases banks require additional authorization.
- Whether the payment details were entered correctly.
- Try using a different payment method (e.g. BLIK, online transfer).
5. Error in address details
Incorrect or incomplete address details may prevent the completion of the order. To avoid this:
- Make sure you enter the postal code, street, house number and city correctly.
- Check whether the system accepts the address entered in the form. Try entering it in a different form (e.g. instead of “ul. Królewska” enter “Królewska 10/5”).
6. Courier shipment restrictions to a given region
If your address is outside the delivery zone:

- Check if delivery to another address within our range is possible.
