If you do not collect the package from the courier or pickup point, it will be automatically returned to the sender (our warehouse). In this situation, there are two solutions:
1. If you want to resend the package - contact our Support department by e-mail: info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl
Don't forget to include your order number! We will then send instructions for how to pay for a second delivery, and after the payment is credited our account, we will promptly resend the package.
2. If you want to cancel the order - contact our Support department by e-mail: info@skandynawskieuchwyty.pl
Don't forget to include your order number! After receiving such information, we will forward it to the Accounting department, which will then return the funds for your order.
