When will I receive the package?

This is an estimated time for dispatching an order from our warehouse. It may be extended in the case of product unavailability or ordering a larger quantity than the stated availability. Products will then be ordered from the manufacturer's warehouse.

You can check the status of your order in the customer panel after logging in to our website:

If you placed an order without registering, we will also notify you of status changes via email.

The delivery time via DPD, after you receive a notification that the order has been sent, is a maximum of 2 business days for Poland, 2-3 business days for European countries and 2-5 business days for other countries. This time frame may extend due to customs clearance and related documentation matters.
