How do loyalty points work?

Loyalty points can be collected by both our Partners and Individual Clients if they have registered in our online store. Once certain thresholds are exceeded, a permanent discount will be applied to the account and will be automatically applied upon logging in.

Each PLN spent corresponds to one point, e.g., if a product costs 79.74 PLN, you will receive 79 points for its purchase. The final sum is calculated from the total of all products after applying discounts. The shipping cost is not included.

If you're paying in a different currency, you can check the amount of points you can get for each product on its page:

Collected points do not expire and can be accumulated indefinitely.

Discounts gained based on collected points:

- after exceeding 5 000 points: 5%

- after exceeding 50 000 points: 10% 

- after exceeding 250 000 points: 15%

Additional points can be earned by:

- subscribing to the newsletter: 10 points

- adding a product review: 10 points

NOTE: Points will be canceled if 100% of the order is returned.
